Beginning a career in 2001 in local government, helping landowners and developers quickly grew into a passion.  Recently seizing the opportunity to work as a private consultant, Joshua Billings, owner of J Billings Development Consulting, LLC, will bridge the gap between landowners and approval agencies in order to help alleviate some of the stresses that come with the development approval process.

Joshua enjoys spending time with his wife, Jessica Billings, and their english springer spaniel, Bentley.
